One Pan Mexican Quinoa
Okay guys, this was amazing! Such a yummy meal and super easy to add chicken if you are wanting more protein. Highly recommend you trying this recipe from Damn Delicious.
Hello everyone! I am SO excited to start this 6 week wellness challenge! This will be a great way to motivate each other and get back on track before the holiday season! During this challenge you will be earning points daily for each of the habits you complete and at the end of the 6 weeks, ALL of the money will go toward the 3 winners! These are the habits we will be working on:
1.) Work-out 3-5 days a week
2.) Stretch for 15 minutes a day (this can be included in your work-outs!)
3.) 5 a day! Eat 3 servings of vegetables and 2 servings of fruit each day (a serving is about a cup).
4.) 8x8 rule! Drink eight 8oz glasses of water a day.
5.) 12 hours of fasting every night so if you eat breakfast at 8a, make sure to not eat past 8p.
6.) 6 out of 7 days a week... eat less than 37.5 grams of added sugar if you are a man or less than 25 grams of added sugar if you are a woman. (Do not include sugars from fruits, vegetables and milk products.)
7.) Try a new fitness related activity each week (you can count it toward your work-out for the day)!
8.) Contribute to our group FB page by asking a question, posting something fitness related, or responding to someone else's post.
